Deceptively Delicious cookbook aka my new best friend

I am really excited about this book.
My pal Nat has had this book for ages and I have lusted after it and have looked for deals, but never found one good enough.

Imagine my glee when I found it on Amazon on sale for under $10!

Still, I've held off because $10 is more than I really ever pay for a book. (Because half.com is my best friend)

With using Bountiful Baskets on a regular basis, I realized this book would ensure I used many more veggies in meals my kids really will love.

It just arrived today.
I love it.
I am currently roasting my butternut squash to eat a little and puree a lot. I also pulled out some frozen shredded zucchini to puree and I'm roasting some sweet potatoes too.

Merry early Christmas to me!

PS. Seriously, I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful Bountiful Baskets is. You need to try it out at least once.

At least you're actually using it! Mine has a decorative place on a shelf after pureeing WAY too many things before realizing I had freezer space for them.

I do love how many outside of the box recipes she has!

My mother-in-law just got me this book. My kids don't really have trouble eating healthy stuff, but it's fun to be creative! I haven't tried any of the recipes yet though. I'm excited to see if they are any good :)
